INDICATIONS: Natural St. John's Wort Capsules promotes a positive mood and a healthy emotional balance. Each serving contains 300 mg of St. Johns Wort extract is standardized to contain .3% of its active ingredient, hypericin (the standard dosage is 900 mg/day).
INGREDIENTS: Active Ingredients:
Gelatin, Dicalcium Phosparate, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Sterate.
DIRECTIONS: For adults,take one (1) capsule daily,preferably with a meal. as a remainder, discuss the suppliments and medications you take with your health care providers.
