INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Diphenhydramine HCl in each Capsule - 50 mg.
Inactive Ingredients:
FD&C Blue No. 1, Gelatin, Lactose, Magnesium Stearate, Talc.
DIRECTIONS:
- Adults and children 12 years and over : take 1 capsule at bedtime if needed, or as directed by a doctor.
- Store at 15-30 degrees C / 59-86 degrees F.
- Protect from excessive moisture.
- Protect from light.

WARNINGS:
Do not use :
- In children under 12 years of age.
- With any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin.
Ask a doctor before use if you have :
- A breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis.
- Glaucoma.
- Trouble urinating due to the enlargement of the prostate gland.
- If you are taking tranquilizers or sedatives.
- When using this product avoid alcoholic drinks.
