INDICATIONS:
Zicam Multi Symptom Daytime Cold and Flu Relief Liquid temporarily relieves common cold and flu symptoms : Nasal and sinus congestion, chest congestion, cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation, minor aches and pains, sore throat, muscular aches, headache, fever.
- Pain reliever, fever reducer, cough suppressant and expectorant.

Powerful Relief of Sore Throat, Headache, Chest Congestion, and Cough.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Acetaminophen (325mg) (Pain Reliever/Fever Reducer), Dextromethorphan HBr (10mg) (Cough Suppressant), Guaifenesin (200mg) (Expectorant).
Inactive Ingredients:
Acesulfame Potassium, Disodium EDTA, Glycerin, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Water (Purified), Sodium Chloride, Sucralose.
DIRECTIONS:
- Take only as directed - see overdose warning.
- Only use enclosed measuring cup designed for use with this product.
- Store at room temperature 15° - 29° C (59° - 84° F).
- Do not use if plastic neck wrap or foil inner seal is broken or missing.
- Adults and children 12 years and over : add 2 tablespoons (Tbsp) or 30 mL to 6-8 ounces of hot or cold beverage (tea, juice, soda) or take directly from measuring cup. One dose every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 doses every 24 hours.
- Children under 12 years : do not use this adult product in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage.
Drug Interaction Precautions :
- Do not use with other medicines containing acetaminophen.
- Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug.

If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
WARNINGS:
- If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause serious liver damage.
- Sore Throat Warning : If sore throat is severe, persists for more than two days is accompanied by or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.
Alcohol Warning : If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks per day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.
Ask a doctor before use if you have : heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, difficulty in urination due to enlarged prostate, a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus), or persistent or chronic cough as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema. Ask a doctor before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers.
When using this product : Do not use more than directed, may cause excitability especially in children, avoid alcoholic beverages. Stop use and ask a doctor if : Redness or swelling is present, fever gets worse and lasts for more than 3 days, symptoms do not get better within 7 days or are accompanied by a fever, you get nervous, dizzy or sleepless or new symptoms occur, these could be signs of a serious condition.
Overdose Warning :
- Taking more than the recommended dose can cause serious health problems.
- In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
