INDICATIONS:
Spenco 2 Nd Skin Self Sealing Cut Closures is Advanced first aid for adults.Wound Care.Useful in the management of minor wounds. Can be used to hold together minor cuts to aid healing, keep them clean and to protect from contamination.
DIRECTIONS:
Clean and dry the affected site. If desired, apply suitable medication to the wound only. Spreading medication on the skin surrounding the cut will typically reduce the adhesion of the product and should be avoided. Remove the liner from the product, exposing the adhesive. Place half of the Self Sealing Cut Closure toward the middle of the wound and press into place. Draw the skin edges together and press the other half of the skin closure in place, removing the smaller piece of backing paper (the dressing should not be left in place more than 7 days without changing). Press edges of the Self Sealing Cut Closure to assure adhesion, taking care not to place any tension on the wound.
